The Homestead Exemption Auditing and Monitoring programs using the VERIFY® Software system by Assessure Systems, LLC adheres to all applicable laws relevant to data collection, storage and dissemination to contracted parties, including the Drivers’ Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and related state laws and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). The data regulated by the DPPA and the GLBA shall only be used for permissible purposes. The data provided by use of these products shall not be used as a factor in establishing a consumer’s eligibility for employment purposes, offering or extension of credit, insurance, or other purposes identified under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Information contained within reports made available to contracted parties may be sourced from public records, or other commercially available third-party providers.
